Sinopse

Eight-Tailed Cat is an animated short film directed by Zhu Huiyan, adapted from Wang Yuchen's novel of the same name. The film tells a fantasy story about an eight-tailed cat that needs to grow a ninth tail to become an immortal by fulfilling human wishes, but loses one tail every time a wish is fulfilled. The main plot is that the boy and the eight-tailed cat eventually form a causal bond after living together, showing an oriental fantasy color and delicate emotional expression.
